Great recipe! I did have to make some adjustments based on what I had in my pantry. I swapped lemon for 1/4 tsp of cinnamon (for more of a horchata flavor) and used jasmine rice with a tiny bit of cornstarch (for starch). This was pretty easy to make and very good 🙂 See more
