This has become one of my go to recipes. I sometimes replace the potato with butternut squash. I also steam rather than boil the cauliflower and potatoes/squash to retain more flavour. It’s a delicious dish enjoyed by family and friends. My husband wont eat fish pie but he loves this. A total winner. See more
