Simple recipe really , attempts to prepare you for the joyful flavour onslaught that waits at recipes end ,this being said , it doesn’t really do the recipe justice . The flavours DIVINE, Gloriously magnificent n not over the top, Loved it , I made mine with some simple roast veg n next time will make with a simple salad of rocket , olive and good ripe tomatoes. One of the best recipes I’ve tried in months , probably the most flavourful & succulent chicken dish I’ve eaten , even the left over croutons eaten cold the next day were incredible. Loved it . Thank you – this is a real keeper
