Andy Baraghani’s Chelo Ba Tahdig

SO good! my first attempt was DELICIOUS and almost nailed the bottom. the second attempt went perfectly! i even accidentally added all the saffron to the yogurt mixture and it still turned out wonderful. i ended up adding more of course to the top, but the bottom was totally fine and delicious!
