Followed the recipe exactly. Tastes delicious. My cake was quite well baked – next time I\’ll take it out and test after an hour. Also, I don\’t have an electric mixer so found it hard not to have lumps of butter in the icing – next time will just use cream cheese. It might work well in a loaf tin either.
