This was too salty for us. The saffron was good. There was not much taste evident of the other spices. 2 cloves and a 1cm of cinnamon ,1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg 2 cardamon pods have a lot of work to balance the 5 table spoons of salt. We also did not put 20cm of water above the level of the rice.did not have a bowl deep enough..we also did not put in 5 tablespoons of salt. Only the 6teaspoons in the soak and 6 into the rice. We like Asma on her cooking show. However this recipe was different to the briyani on the cooking show.
