I will be cooking this so I can\’t give a rating yet, I haven\’t tried it… but I did have to ask first as to why use this greaseproof paper that I\’ve never heard of instead of putting the lid on? There must be a reason Jamie does this and I would love to learn. Otherwise I\’ll just use the lid of course.
