Lovely tasty dinner, very easy to make but needs much longer cooking time than stated. I’ve made it three times now and the orzo needs at least 30 mins in the air fryer. I always add extra stock too. I usually check it after 20 minutes and add another 20, adding the mozzarella on top for the last ten minutes or so. But it is really tasty, the tomato sauce is lovely and the honey and balsamic add some sweetness and body. I make the meatballs very small – they were too big the first time and it took forever to cook.
