This turned out to be tasteless and somewhat dry. Like another reviewer I question the amount of flour used, but also the ground almonds, I feel the extra flour and ground almonds led to a denser and dryer cake. I tried this recipe but will use my own tried and tested one in future which produces a light, tasty and moist cake. Sorry Mary!
