A very good flavour, and an unusual character without many of the standard “curry” flavours. In my blender, and I suspect in any “normal” one, it is difficult to make the sauce without quite a lot of water, and that meant a good deal of (uncovered) reduction of the sauce at the end of the simmer. We will definitely have it again.
