It was what I expected, as a fair number of recipes are, but it also went past my expectations. This was for a casual home meal with one of our adult children. I steamed some veggies and made a simple salad, and this chicken was the centerpiece. So moist, so flavorful! It did not feel like a weeknight home meal. Next time I\’m using this recipe for a special dinner.
