Excellent. I didn’t have the time to marinade over-night, but the immediate result was still very good. My sauce did not reduce in the pan and thicken in a few minutes. I could have added some flour, but just left it, as it was. The orange, lemon and fennel are a great combination, that compliment each other with the chicken.
