This is my go to recipe for a marble cake and have made it several times – delicious and moist especially with the icing. It is a big cake but trust the quantities as it fills the loaf tin completely during baking but doesn’t overspill. I think the temperatures given are incorrect though and should be slightly higher. I have a fan oven and this cake takes 1hr to bake at 160C. 140C would be too low and it would take at least an 1 1/2 hrs to bake at that temperature. I think it should read 180C/160C fan oven.
