Unsure why you need 28 minutes to cook a duck breast in the oven?? This recipe is great, the flavours are amazing, and super quick to put together. I cooked the duck skin side down for 3 minutes, flipped it over for 1 minute, into the oven for 8 minutes, then took it out and left it to rest. Duck was perfect. Will definitely make this again – thank you!
