They’re like a nice cross between cake and bread (even though I don’t think much of sweet bread) with a slight crust. Twice when I made them the sugar filling leak over the tray and they were too sweet for me, Halved the filling and they were much better, used mixed spice instead of just cinnamon and topped them with water icing instead of sugar
