Crispy Moroccan Pancakes (m’smmen)

I just got back from Morocco and wanted to attempt making this local “bread” for my son and wow, this recipe did not disappoint! I would say they turned out even better than what I ate in Morocco. Not sure I made them correctly but they turned out chewy with a bit of crunch on the outside. Will definitely be making these again!
