I tried this recipe for a dinner event with a friend. We both like to try new things and I had never eaten Halloumi cheese before. We both found this recipe to be quite delicious and pretty easy to put together. The citrus and vinegar definitely gave her a tang, but it balanced out very well with the cheese. Even my mother-in-law, who is quite sensitive to acidic foods, really enjoyed it. Thanks for the delicious recipe 🙂
