Introduction
This smoothie will make you feel that you have been very good to your body. Full of nutrient-packed fruit and veg, it will give your system a real boost. I do not peel kiwis, as the skin is full of vitamin C and fibre – perfect for smoothies. As this is a meal in a glass, it is a great way to finish your day.

| 325ml | coconut water |
|---|---|
| 1 tsp | spirulina |
| 1 tsp | maca powder |
| 1 tsp | flaxseeds |
| 1 tsp | coconut or hemp oil |
| a sprig of parsley | |
| a handful of fresh kale | |
| 2.5cm piece | of fresh root ginger, peeled |
| 2 | kiwi fruits |
| a handful of baby spinach leaves | |
| 1/2 | lemon, peeled |
| 1/2 | cucumber, chopped |
Method
Wash, peel and chop the ingredients where necessary. Put all the ingredients into a blender in the order they’re listed. Blitz until smooth.
Juiceman Tip: Top with coconut flakes and goji berries for an extra immunity boost.
