Made these tonight after watching Jamie’s 5 ingredient show. My batter was a lot looser than what I saw on TV and thought I put in too much butter ( I used 1/2 and 1/2 regular and unsalted). Saw a lot of fat bubbling as they were cooking but they came out very well. I may have taken them out a bit early at 10 min as I didn’t get much of a bottom crust but they came out nice and light with just a bit of tooth. Definitely recommend trying this recipe.
