Very tasty and enjoyable but the method is quite confusing. It takes an hour split between cooking with the onions etc for 30 minutes and then the potatoes beneath for 30 minutes. Rest the chicken whilst you warm up the sauce. I hope this helps you enjoy what is a good recipe.
