Amazing dish. I would rather do my own Mediterranean veg so I put it in its own tin for the first 15 minutes. The arrangement it around the salmon. Cook for 30 mins. As there are only 2 of us. I only use 150g couscous but still enough left for next day. Heaven on a plate
