Wonderful! I was in Chicago for the weekend and my daughters cooked this for Sunday dinner. One of them had seen the video. They served it along side a buttery garlic pasta with a very simple romaine salad. I am looking this up now, to print the recipe so I can make it here at home in Michigan.
