Absolutely brilliant flavours. Mixing all the ingredients together is a bit of a faff and takes a bit of time. But well worth the effort. And if you do actually prepare it the day before before stuffing the salmon it gives it more rounded, deeper flavour- even if you don’t it’s still pretty damn good. We roast off Mediterranean style vegetables to accompany it. Usually roast those while messing around with the mix and stuffing the salmon as it takes about the same time. But. Fair play Jamie.
