Had some leftover lamb and found this recipe also happened to have a large tin of chickpeas (which I had no idea what to do with) so I made this curry planning to add leftover lamb towards the end. I totally forgot to add the lamb and served the curry vegetarian, it was one of the best curry’s I’ve ever made and I’ve made a fair few. Absolutely delicious, everybody enjoyed it. (I made my own madras spice mix which I’m sure made a big difference)
