I really enjoy that there’s enough paste to put some in the freezer for next time! Such a good idea and feels far more fresh than cooking stuff and freezing it. This curry doesn’t look like it’s going to get the dark rich colour in the photo until it’s cooked for long enough so be patient! Very delicious and healthy… thanks!
