Hi, I didn’t make the lentils balls, but I know they would believe easy and fast to make and tasty. I did however make this simple but delicious tomato sauce. I didn’t have tomato used passata and a few squeezes of tomato paste, also a few suits of soya sauce ( umami flavour) and a tablespoon of brown sugar. I thickened with a little corn starch too.
