Delicious! We doubled the recipe since there were 4 of us. Next time my spice loving daughter plans to increase the amount of chili powder & cumin.

I had leftovers for lunch, but she’d used up the crema with her breakfast eggs, so I simply used diced avocado & chopped cilantro. I also had Kalamata olives in the fridge, so added those with the green onions on top. YUM.
