Marinated Sardine Fillets

This is a follow up review: the result was as good as I had expected ! The sardine fillets were so delicious!! I didn’t finish it in one go so, kept it for another day in the fridge, this was no problem, just as good the next day. Will try this recipe again when I can get my hand on some herrings 😉
