Mary has an interesting recipe, but having visited seaside Spain and the hotel having a top chef cooking Paella in front of guests, explained to all, with all food cooked separately and emphasised to guests as best way and only then mixed together in a huge pan. It seems cooking all food together is not the best way for the best tasty Paella.
