I really liked it. My son as.well I will say on the pbs special from 2022 she shows how to make this. Cinnamon, nutmeg ,and diced apple was in her demo as part of recipe along with bay leaf. I added that to my process ALSO Didn’t have apple cider so improvised with apple cider tea. 4 tea bags to 2 cups of water
