As always Mary comes up trumps. This is a very cost effective, tasty and quick way of providing a \’special\’ meal. (you can buy two steaks from a supermarket in a pack for well under a tenner. I make it regularly now, either for friends to join us for a Friday night supper; the two of us or for a solo mid week meal, if one of us is working vey late. Three quarters of an hour, prep and cooking, tops. Little over a half hour cooking and not many skills required just co-ordination. Another triumph Mary.
