I had to make mine gluten free. I used 1 Tablespoon of Almond flour and 1/2 Tablespoon coconut flour. I am sure a good one to one blend would work just as well. It is so good. I have tried it by adding chopped pecans or raisins to the dough before baking as well. I don’t think there is any way to ruin this recipe. I have it memorized now! Thank you so much for sharing! 🙂
