I’ve done this recipe twice already, it was highly appreciated! I’m preparing another one right now for Christmas dinner, I can’t wait to serve it (and eat it too). One thing I’ve done is that I have placed a circular parchment paper under the caramelized peanuts base, so that I can easily transfer it from the freezer to the serving plate.
