I have been preparing this fish stew for many years now and each time it arrives a little different in flavours, consistency and yumminess! Goes to show you never can tell. It is a beautiful meal. Best bit is you can prepare the stock and sqirrell it away to whip out and wow the blowins. Thanks Rick. Its a winner.
