Had loads of tomatoes this year and didn’t know what to make with them other than chutney which not many family/friends like that much; saw this and thought about giving it a try. Very easy to make as you can use tinned tomatoes just as well. Everyone loved it especially us and it didn’t last long! Lovely flavour and texture, and a total winner with the equally scrumptious cheese biscuits. Another one to add to the home made Christmas present list! Thanks so much for the recipe.
