Am also not convinced by the recipe with 75g of flour and similarly found it a bit of a waste of time! The amount of flour seems far too small to make a biscuity base particularly with all the other wet ingredients, so you get a sort of runny butter icing instead of a dough. We had to add a lot more flour to the mix to salvage it but by that point we could no longer make the base as intended so just ended up with some other sort of cake. Maybe the amounts for flour and sugar need to be swapped?
