LOVE THIS QUICHE! I didn’t follow it to a T, as I did not have all the exact ingredients and I like to get add and take away to recipes as I please, but it is my second time making it. I substituted the cheddar for mozzarella, added cubed bell pepper, and some Italian seasoning to the filling. I also added 1/2 a shredded carrots to the crust and CHEFS KISS*.
