This is a very easy to follow recipe, however it takes longer than stated. I cook from scratch every day so had all of the ingredients required, which was handy. I added a can of black beans and extra garlic and spring onions. I probably added more rice too, (I cooked my own rather than the microwave type and didn\’t weigh it!!). I ended up with six burritos – four went straight into the freezer. They were delicious and I\’ll definitely make again.
