Delicious. Very lemony, I might reduce the lemon juice by 30% next time and see if that’s nicer. If using a broiler to caramelise the top, I highly recommend watching a couple videos on temperatures and where to place the tray, because by the time mine were caramelised the custard was piping hot and almost too cooked! Very good though.
