This worked well. I particularly liked the tip about roasting dry, as this enabled me to tweak the recipe to avoid the flour and breadcrumbs. I integrated some dry-roasted butternut squash and upped the flax egg. I also stuck some slices of roast mushroom and a few sage leaves on the base. Luckily, it came out of the tin cleanly, an I was left with an attractive centrepiece. Thank you.
