Super easy instructions to follow and the bake has turned out wonderful. Absolutely delighted with it and it’s probably the best focaccia I’ve ever made. I do think it would be helpful to use the dough scraper more in the stretching phase though. Using an upturned baking tin to cover the proving dough was genius
