I made this twice using a breadmaker to knead the dough both first and second times (Panasonic, on Pizza Dough setting). I did not shape by hand but poured the dough/batter into the moulds (increased quantities by a third to fill two 500g moulds). I had very good results both times. You do have to be patient — I think it took 2+ days for the final rise the first attempt. The second it was faster as the weather was warmer. I recommend markers on your container, and using a narrow container for the first rise, to keep track.
