Introduction

You cannot beat a smoothie for something quick in the morning. Goes without saying that this is a great choice for making the night before, if you’re going to be up and at it bright and early. This is a big favourite on social media, and it hits the spot with 39 grams of protein.

Like many of my recipes, this one h as endless possibilities. Switch the yoghurt and protein powder flavourings, or change the frozen fruit to put your own spin on things.

250gfrozen mixed berries
100gfat-free Greek-style yoghurt
1 scoopvanilla protein powder
1 tbspchia seeds
1 tbspshredded coconut

Essential kit

You will need: a blender.

Method

Put the frozen berries, yoghurt and protein powder into a blender and blitz until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with chia seeds and coconut.

Nutrition: 395 calories 39g protein 36g carbs 13g fat.
