A nice enough cheesecake. Two stars off for the coulis, which lacks flavour and is rubbery thanks to the addition of cornflour. Arrowroot would probably be better here. And although the method describes it as simple, the various steps are quite involved and I had to use a lot of pans and bowls. Wouldn’t make again.
