We have made this many times. it’s a perfect combination of flavours and textures, deliciously crunchy lettuce and croutons, salty hit from the anchovies, lovely creamy hard boiled eggs and that garlicky dressing. It’s what we call a ‘store cupboard meal’, meaning… you can make it with things you are always likely to have to hand. Great recipe !
