Great recipe- changed it a tiny bit, cube the pork, then add to a marinating bowl with all ingredients besides the onion, let marinate over night or for at least a few hours. remove the pork from marinade, keeping the marinade, fry for 5 mins, add onion and a half tablespoon of garlic and crack some extra pepper (not heaps, maybe 1/2 teaspoon) Reintroduce marinade after onion is translucent.
