I will never have scampi outside again. These were excellent, so juicy inside and a nice crisp on the outside. Served them skinny fries, tartare sauce, Marie Rose sauce, lemon and apple, red onion and cucumber pickle. All courtesy of Rick Stein’s recipes. Husband said he will never eat langoustines any other way and my previous recipe for Langoustines was a pasta with cream, tomato and onion, and ouzo was his favourite meal.
