An outstanding recipe that’s also quick and easy. I’ve made it several times and once with an adaptation too: cottage cheese instead of ricotta and with ‘hot’ honey. It’s best with a proper named dairy cream instead of supermarket cream. But recipe success is always about ingredients first isn’t it?
