In the 18th century thyme was recommended as a hangover cure.

Ingredients

Garden 108 Seedlip base50ml
Fever-Tree Mediterrean Tonic, to top
Ice cubes
Lemon and thyme, to garnish

Essential kit

You will need: a tall glass.

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice

  2. Add Garden 108

  3. Top with tonic

  4. Garnish with a sprig of lemon thyme.
