Love a mug cake. This worked well even though I had to substitute plain flour for SR and caster sugar for the brown sugar. I tried a drop of amaretto in the sponge mix. I will know to add more next time! Mincemeat delivers every time, ofc. And, yes, the mincemeat was hoooot.
